New Delhi: From today i.e. 16 th April 2021 country’s biggest carmaker Maruti Suzuki in India hiking the price of the selected models up to Rs. 22,500. The new effective prices are applied from today.
Last month company extensively hiking the price of the entire portfolio to balance the effect of more expensive input costs. Maruti Suzuki increased significantly to 1,72,433 units as compared to the same month last year. The company also stated that various input cost is increased in various cars. Since the starting of the year, two-wheeler prices are also hiked by the company.
The cars prices impacted by this hike are Alto hatchback it’s prices increased up to Rs. 12,500 while S-Presso asking price is increased by Rs, 7,000. Currently, we have noticed that five-seater hatchback prices increased up to Rs. 12,500 and Wagon R prices hiked by Rs. 15,000. The Maruti Dzire is the supermodel in the taxi market its prices are also hiked up to Rs. 20,000 and family’s most favourite Ertiga MPV is also impacted by this hike and its price goes up by Rs. 12,500. The top-selling Vitara Brezza prices go up to Rs. 12,500 after this hike, but Vitara Brezza prices hiked up to Rs. 10,000. The Celerio hatch is also impacted after this hike.
